Our dinner is a traditional Georgian supra, guided by a tamada — the toastmaster who leads the table through toasts to love, family, friendship and the ones we carry with us. Each toast is a small speech; listen, lift your glass, and drink when your heart tells you to. The wine, like the evening, keeps coming.
